Managing Director
Dilshad Mohamed
Dilshad has over 25 years of leadership experience in management companies and trust and corporate services in highly regulated environments. She serves on the board of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Mauritius Limited (STEP Mauritius). Over the years, she has led operations, strengthened governance, managed risk and advised boards on complex, multi-jurisdictional structures.
Dilshad holds a Diploma in Business Administration, specialising in Banking and Financial Services, and a Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration from the Chartered Governance Institute of the UK and Ireland, Mauritius.
Executive Director (Operations)
Dilshaad B. Piperdy
Dilshaad has worked in leading management companies in Mauritius and has served on the boards of several global business and domestic companies. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, and 4 years in the accounting and auditing sector in Mauritius. Dilshaad has been involved in the structuring, implementation and administration of companies and funds, including collective investment schemes, investment managers and investment advisers. She has also helped set up a management company and implement its strategic processes.

Melissa H. Hildebrand
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (USA) and qualified as a CPA in New Hampshire (USA). Over the past 25 years she has held advisory, senior management and executive director roles in regulated microfinance and microbanking institutions in Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Malawi and Namibia.

Andrew M. Mills
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Cape Town and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. His career has been spent in private practice in London and across various African jurisdictions, as well as serving as general counsel to businesses operating in sub-Saharan Africa.
South Africa and Mauritius
Kevin J. Stocks
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Finance) from the University of Cape Town and has owned and run a variety of entrepreneurial businesses across a number of sectors for over 35 years. He also holds executive and non-executive directorships with various international businesses.
