ROOMIZA HASAN MIYAN

Managing Director

Roomiza holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honors from the University of East London and has also successfully completed part 1 of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators examinations. She has worked in the financial services sector for nearly a decade and is well conversant with the compliance and regulatory requirements of companies in this sector. At the start of her career, Roomiza worked as an Investigator for the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC). She conducted investigations into corruption cases, money laundering offences and compiled reports for use by the Public Prosecutor.

Roomiza is a member of the prestigious Grays Inn and also a member of ICSA- the Governance Institute, London.

MELISSA H. HILDEBRAND

Director

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (USA) and is qualified as a CPA in New Hampshire (USA).  Over the past 20 years she has held advisory, senior management, and executive director roles in regulated microfinance and microbanking institutions in Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Malawi, and Namibia.

Director

Kevin, based in South Africa and Mauritius, is qualified with a Bachelor of Business Science (Finance) from the University of Cape Town and has been involved in owning and running a variety of entrepreneurial businesses in a number of sectors for over 35 years. Kevin also holds a number of executive and non-executive Directorships for various international businesses.
