Over the past 25 years she has held advisory, senior management, and executive director roles in regulated microfinance and microbanking institutions in Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Malawi, and Namibia.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Cape Town and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. His career has been spent in private practice across London and various African jurisdictions, as well as serving as general counsel to businesses operating in sub-Saharan Africa.
Andrew is based in London.
DILSHAAD B. PIPERDY
Director of Operations
Dilshaad has worked in various leading Management Companies in Mauritius and was on the board of several global business companies and domestic companies. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and 4 years in the accounting and auditing sector in Mauritius. Dilshaad has been involved in the structuring, implementation, and administration of companies and funds including collective investment schemes, investment managers, and investment advisors among others. In addition, she has been involved in the setting up of a management company and assisted in the implementation of strategic processes.
KEVIN J. STOCKS
Director
Kevin, based in South Africa and Mauritius, is qualified with a Bachelor of Business Science (Finance) from the University of Cape Town and has been involved in owning and running a variety of entrepreneurial businesses in a number of sectors for over 35 years. Kevin also holds a number of executive and non-executive Directorships for various international businesses.
